For suppliers

Frequently asked questions.

Do you always start with a sample?

Yes. Every new supply starts with a sample, which we assess and test before placing any order.

Which Incoterms do you use?

We agree them case by case depending on product, volume and route, and put them in the contract.

How do you handle payment?

Terms are agreed in writing. For first orders we may propose a third-party secured payment that protects both sides.

Do you import organic products?

Our organic certification is in progress. Once granted, we will import organic lots with a Certificate of Inspection (COI) on TRACES NT.
